I will need a valid email and/or a reliable way to contact you about your commission and send your file. I use Twitter, BlueSky, Discord, and Gmail. (Links provided on account or upon request)

Prices will only be negotiated if both parties agree to it. If an issue occurs like unretrievable file corruption I will offer a discount or additional content for the trouble (see Commissions point #3 for more)No Spamming
Text walls are permitted if they are relative to negotiations and other conversations.
If I ask that you stop spamming and you continue out of spite I will deem that as harrassment and end all services and communication.No Harrassment
If my request to peacefully conclude communication is denied, you will be muted. Continued harrassment will end up as a block, further harrassment will end in blacklisting.Bigots and deviants will never be served
I will NOT serve racists, sexists, homophobes, xenophobes, transphobes, ableists, etc. nor will I serve people who identify or are complicit with harmful philias (pdo, zo, nonconsensual, raceplay, anything that will harm protected classes or indirectly perpetuate harm).
If I discover that such content is pushed by you directly or asked for in a commission, the service will be terminated with a full refund effective immediately and you will be blacklisted.Once you are blacklisted, you are denied service indefinitely. All blacklisted commissioners will be listed publicly as a warning to other artists.Commissions:Please make the full payment.
TEST SKETCHES ARE FREE, payment will be due after confirmed sketch.
Turnout is 7 to 10 days from time of payment.
All commissioned pieces are completed in order of being received.
All payments will be through Paypal (which has their own fees)

By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.When purchasing my services for commercial use, you must agree to not claim my work as your own, or reuse without credit to me.
Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use that you please
By commissioning me you agree to acquire a digital medium [image, gif, video, etc.]
You are not permitted to edit or tamper with any completed art for personal or commercial gain unless agreed upon during consultation. (EX: paying someone to finish a piece i’ve started, printing my artwork on your personal things etc)
RevisionsAll works are granted revisions within a compositional threshold.
For now there will be no numerical limit. Minor revisions are free
Continuous revisions that change the entire original piece are subject to a 10% fee to the base price.REFUNDS/EMERGENCIESOnce our negotiation is done and I start your commission (post sketch), I cannot refund you the full amount.
This is negotiable depending on the state of the commission.
Any fee to refund your amount will be subtracted from the amount you receive.
Base fee is 20% and is subject to increase (as stated above)Once the work is completed I will not refund it.Exceptions: If my ability to complete a commission is affected by an unpredictable event in my personal life you will be eligible for a full refund. (You will be updated if such an event occurs and will be given the option to opt out with a full refund.)
